water , full 50 oz soup can 1 can
80% lean ground beef , cooked, crumbled 13.0 oz. 0
Cheddar cheese 13.0 oz. 0
tomato 7.5 oz. 0
iceberg lettuce , shredded 7.5 oz. 0
croutons 4.5 oz. 0
1. Prepare all ingredients and set up station.

2. Mix soup with water, heat to 165 degrees. Hold hot for service.

3. For each serving:
  • Ladle 8 oz. hot soup with a 10 oz. bowl.
  • Top soup with: 1/4 cup cooked crumbled ground beef, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, 1 Tbsp. diced tomato, 1/4 cup shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup croutons
4. Serve immediately.
