Bring creative and classic flavors to your K-12 menu with this Italian- inspired soup made with Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup, Jennie-O® All Natural Ground Turkey and Dannon® All Natural Plain Nonfat Yogurt.

Ingredient Weight Measure
whole grain rotini (spiral) pasta 11.0 oz. 4 cup
85% lean ground turkey , yield from 1 oz raw 32
Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup , 50 oz ea 1 can
water 50 fl oz.
basil leaves , dried 1.5 tsp.
Parmesan cheese , grated 4 tbsp.
plain nonfat yogurt 4 tbsp.
1.  Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Reserve.
2. Cook ground turkey in a large pot over medium-high heat until browned, breaking up with a spoon as it cooks.   

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute. 

3. Add Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup, water, basil, Parmesan cheese, yogurt and cooked pasta. Simmer for about 5 minutes. 
 
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

4. To serve, using a 12 fl. oz. ladle, portion 1-1/2 cups of soup into a 12 fl. oz. serving bowl. Serve immediately.
